Busted the little plastic plate in the band saw table so I swiped a bit off a cutting board and attempted to make one.
Using a new 3.125mm single flute at 14000 rpm with 100mm per min feed rate, 5 mm depth of cut on 9mm ptfe.
The second level cuts is melting and staying in the cut. It can be screwdriver removed.

Any ideas to get clean cuts.
