Mig Welder Problems

Hi,
My Transmig 195 welder will feed the wire, activate the gas, but no arc?
Any thoughts or should I just take it to a licenced repairer?

I have a CIG Cigweld 195 Mig welder that the wire feeds, but there is no arc.
Anyone with any suggestions as the welder has not been used for 10+ years!
