Wife makes pens for the fun of it, she is a member here on this forum and has competed in some of the pen comps here and over at the pen turners forum
She use to use a big wood lathe in the shed at home, but after one of the kids moved out of home she converted it into her room :cool:.
We purchased a smaller metal lathe which fits and works nicely, unfortunatley the cross slide and jig for the tool rest is big and bulky, wondering if someone has already done this and could throw us some pictures for ideas, so that way I can go and make or buy the part.
