I live in the United Kingdom and a subscriber to a British woodworking list suggested that I might find advice about this matter here; I do hope that somebody will be able to help.
I won a Triton Respirator in the Raffle at my Woodturning Club.
I understand that these Respirators have been discontinued by Triton and spares are no longer available.
Although I've charged the cells they do NOT output sufficient energy to push the little ball above the fiduciary mark in the test manometer so I deduce that the battery needs replacing. I don't see that as an insurmountable problem for me since I used to teach electronics.
However, I first need to discover if replacement filters are available.
Can anybody help please?
My very best wishes for a Happy, Healthy, Peaceful, Successful, Prosperous and Stress-free New Year.
