Hi all,
Im new to the forums and have a question for my dad on the farm.
He needs new posts for fences and a shed.
On the farm he has choices of stringy bark, white gums (the super tall straight ones, eucalypts Im guessing) and camphorlaurels.
Out of these three, which are best for posts and is it better to cut them and let them season and dry or use and set them wet straight after the cut?
Cheers

Fence posts from cut logs - better set wet or seasoned?
