I don't know if Wixey Digital Readout products are available to you blokes.
I had purchased a digital readout for my Grizzly jointer / planer combination machine through the Internet. (12" / 305 mm) The readout recently failed and I contacted the manufacturer / seller.
1 PM Thursday - E-mail to Barry Wixey explaining the problem through the web site.
3 PM Thursday - Barry responds with a question. (i.e. How many volts? And mailing address?)
7:30 PM Thursday - I respond with volts and address.
3 PM Monday - A new digital readout arrives via United States Postal Service
Without a doubt the most outstanding service I've ever received for an originally placed Internet order.
There are a lot of other digital readout companies out there. However when you need service, and based upon experiences from others, Wixey is second to none.
