Standard "help with a table saw question"

Hi guys I know this question has been thrashed but thought id put my question out there to get a custom answer. I decided on the carbatec 10' contractors saw but rang and apparently there out till december and thats no good. The hare and forbes sb12 is 15amp so no good either, and some reviews werent great. So I came across the woodman sb1012os which is just in my budget and size, has anybody used this saw, im mainly ripping aus hardwoods up to 40mm thick and about 1m long, is the fence solid? Etc etc. Or are there any other similar saws you recommend in that size and price. Thankyou for any help given, will really be appreciated.
