It's been a long time since I've done woodworking and I've decided that I want to take a crack at making a simple-yet-substantial dining table. I wanted to make a solid, oregon table that's roughly 900 x 2750, with X style legs (or cross legs). Nice thick top (around 40mm) with thick, square post legs (around 150mm x 150mm) and a simple wax finish. Something like this:

I was wondering if anyone out there has taken on a project like this and knows of a good resource for plans. Having exhaustively googled, I haven't found anything with the simple X design (some come close, but typically don't use the cross halving joint to connect the legs). While the design is straightforward, a decent set of plans might save me from making some rookie errors.
Thanks in advance for any help!
