I know this is a very broad question but is there anything that might not be possible in a reno?
I asks this as I look online at a house. It is the 1950's architecture with the raked ceiling, carport at the side near the front door, big windows at the front. It has "original" fittings and features, what looks like an asbestos roof and perhaps the weirdest floor plan I have ever seen. Though I have not looked at it in person as yet, I keep going back to look on line. It is for sale for less than the median price in the area. And I believe I could get it for this price or less which would be a rarity in Sydney's real estate martket. But thought I look at the floor plan and think I could move this, then that, then do something else, I wonder if there is every a circumstance where it is just not possible.
Please note I would be hiring professionals to do this. But can someone buy a house with big dreams and visions, and find out that it just isn't possible and they are stuck with what they have?
Cheers
