Information on hinges please

Hi Guys I am just wondering if somone can help me. I have been asked by a friend if I know where he can buy polished brass hinges for a cabinet he has just made now I am not sure what all this mean but i think about 60mm long and so the door can openright up something about the other part being 24mm Sorry if I am vague about this but Pens are my thing not cabinets although i wish i could make them
