Minimum wheel diameter for TCT bandsaw blades

I understand that the thickness (gauge) of a TCT blade is thicker than a normal blade. This means there would be greater metal fatigue and earlier breakage on smaller wheels. So, does that mean a minimum wheel diameter is indicated for TCT blades? For those of you who use TCT blades what is the wheel diameter of your bandsaw? And have you experienced any problems with metal fatigue and breakages. Also, how many sharpenings do you get out of a blade? Looking forward to your responses.
