Garden Bore

Hi

I have a bore that isn't working. Had it pulled, the bore hole is fine but everything else is junk.

Need a new motor and wetend.

Some brands recommended thus for the pump are Lowara 4GS11 or Sumoto.
Motor would be CentriPro 1.1kw

Any opinions ?

Also, is it true that a garden thrives more with a bore due to the minerals being brought up? compared to chlorinated mains water? or is this a bit far fetched. ie. its not like a Seasol dosing for free everytime you run the irrigation.
