I'm in the process of doing a little "salt-pinch" box from a solid stick of redgum. The plan is to route out the inside with a bearingless bowl bit on the table. The cavity will be a little wider than the bit itself so I figured I could do it against a fence with start/stop blocks and flip the piece end-to-end to work both sides evenly.
I'm wondering which is the safer/better way to cut (working right to left of course)...A or B?

I've drilled out most of the cavity with a forster bit already so mostly just smoothing out the sides but I'll be routing another 5-10mm deeper (in shallow passes) to get the curved edges at the bottom.
