Going to restore this TOUGH Bench Drill

I just picked up this old TOUGH brand drill for a restoration project and was wanting some info on it
What are the correct colours for this model as I have seen various ones searching the web, silver, green and even blue
Also any other info about its history would be appreciated. I do know that Tough was made in Belmont here in WA but that is about all
