What do you call them and where do I buy some in small quantities - No I don't want a thousand , just 2.
They are for a repair I 'm doing for someone. It is a badge fixed to the cast machine metal held by tiny two rivets or pins.
Mt understanding is that a hole is drilled and they tap in with a small hammer securing the badge or plaque.
Its a half hemishere head (say 2mm diameter) and a spiral grooved shank -1mm diam - maybe 4 or 5 mm long.
The fasteners guy has not got a clue and had not been able to find what er callits or thingies on his computer.
Any clues?
