Have had this on the ground in the one spot for nearly 10yr finally have the time, space and equipment to slab it. Have not seen it up yet for firewood as have had a desire to get planks for most of that time.
I know there are termites at the right end of the log around the fork as I was digging away and saw them, so I will see how that pans out and will likely change whatever plans I have
My initial plan is to take the first meter off the top to bring it down to the fork. Then trim it to a more handy (movable) length? What's a good table length 180/210cm more?
If I'm missing anything hit me with it all. And be blunt:)
My equipment
Ms660 with 3/8 7pin
36"tsumara and chain
A3EP 3/8 semi 70-80ft left on a roll
granberg and ladder
Other gear that's around for the 660
20 tsumara solid
24 stihl oem es, ebay used hard nose x2
32 Sugihara light
Asstd RSL RS RM A3EP loops for bars mentioned some with hacked rackers :) #chainsaw#
And some .404 but need to get 066 running first, Needs a piston to start
