What did this come off?

I picked up three of these motors and I was told that they came off a piece of woodworking equipment.

They have four bearings bolted to the base and a very short stub arbour, with another darn internal Lh Thread.

The motor has no visible data to it's specs, but it was sold as a 240V 2HP 2 pole 2800RPM
