Here we have a George Barnsley, Sheffield 9" Shoe Rasp.
I don't remember the circumstances in which it arrived, but it's been in the last 3 years and I'm quite certain it was from another forum member.
Attached are 3 high-res photos (with/without flash) to ensure you see that it's still good.
There is some sort of rubber goop on one end. Obviously it could do with a clean - but this is how it came.
One can see the stitching is still good on the coarse side.
Buy it now: $20.
I'll pop it in an envelope and some paper.
