I picked up a saw that was covered in rust, but I managed to clean it enough to see that it's a Disston, but not the typical keystone logo. It has "Challenger" on it. I've found challenger saws on the Disstonian site shown on a brochure from 1935, but I don't know anything about them. Forgive me if I'm asking about a previously asked subject, but I've done a search of the forum and couldn't find anything pertaining to challenger. My saw came with a Warranted Superior medallion, so I'm assuming it may have been a lower quality product offered by Disston.
