For sale is a large 18inch bandsaw made by AMAC model WA-18, band saw is in good working order and I was recently using this saw to re-saw red gum with a 34mm blade with no trouble at all.
Chasing $800 for it and the blades, located at Dayboro.
The bandsaw specs are below:
max height of cut is 300mm.
max depth of cut is 440mm.
machine is cast iron and rather heavy.
motor is a single phase 1.5kw or 2HP (rather large and stronger than you think).
the unit is belt driven.
table is cast iron 460mm by 460mm with a dovetail slot in table.
tilting table 45 degree tilt.
comes with 2x 34mm re-saw blades.
12 other various bandsaw blades as per photos.
