LH Thread Bolts

What are my chances of getting a LH Threaded bolt. I haven't confirmed it but I'm guessing it is a ⅝ UNF.

I was wondering why I was having so much trouble undoing the darn thing. The centre part of the thread is all worn away where the machine has a pivot on it.
