I have an old 6” offset vice I don’t need anymore. I was going to paint and keep but bought a new one instead. I’ve dobbed a couple of dollops of weld under the rails to tight it up a bit and drilled and tapped a couple of 12mm holes on the side for adjustments to keep the jaws parallel. It’s had a pretty rough life but is still a perfectly good usable vice jus needs a lick of paint, some 8mm bolts to hold the jaws in place and a couple of 12mm bolts and nuts for adjusting jaw parallelism. Free to a good home, or bad one, doesn‘t matter. Sick of tripping over it so goes to the scrap yard if no interest.
