What finish for Tassie Oak Dining Table?

Hi all,



In process of making a new dining table (the previous one is too small now says the wife!), out of Tassie Oak. Can anyone suggest what finish I should use on it, I'm after water based, one or two pack, gloss finish and of course, hard wearing?
