Up until now i've always just been doing woodwork as a personal hobby, but over time people have been asking me to more and more stuff for them so now I'm really considering to make this more full time and hire an assistant. Any suggestions (if anyone has experience) what i should be carful about or even tips on how to excel in management skills to make the most out of time and money?
