I’m looking for a way to have some quite small blocks of12mm MDF (or ply) cut (commercially), which I want to use as components for constructing dollhouse furniture. The smallest pieces are 30 X 10 (x12mm). I have tried having these pieces laser cut but end up with edges that are not quite perpendicular, i.e., the pieces end up being 31 X 11 on the bottom face.
I'd want to get just one set cut for a start but would then ultimately want to scale-up significantly.
Any suggestions of companies that I might approach (in Melbourne) for either CNC routing, or some other method of achieving my aim? :)
