After roughing tube with an hack saw blade I run a bead of thin C A
on tubes and sprinkle coloured glitter ,repeating this until the tube
is mostly covered. Then I propose to apply a coat of Mod Podge
craft glue and again sprinkle on the glitter to cover the gaps.
when that dries ,another coat of Mod Podge to seal the glitter and
hopefully less bubbles.(I've used Mod Podge over stamps and it
works O K)
Has any experienced members used glitter ,perhaps they might
advise if I'm on the right track or suggest a better way.
