Just on the off chance ,.... I have an old Swan Brewery 5 gallon ginger beer keg.
No idea what wood it is made from, but it is bloody heavy for its size.
Is there any chance someone on here would know for certain, or anyone know a way of identifying it without wrecking it?
Suggestions over the years have been, Sheoak, Wandoo & imported oak (of some sort) but no one has been sure.
