Referring to the attached picture (Hopefully you can see it)
This is a extension design I am working on in sketchup and I have a question for the builders regarding the right way for the wall frames to meet in the corner?
Should the wall frame on right (with red arrow) run through so as it finishes over the double joist? Instead of how I have drawn it in the picture!
The wall frame on left over the double joist is the side of house with the trusses sitting on it and the right wall frame has the gable end, my thought when I did it this way was that the side wall will help brace the end wall!
