One of the major criteria with buying my first home was to have a good space for my tools and stuff.
That didn't really happen - just a garage where the RX7 sits out of the weather and not much more. Thought about fold down benches and lots of shelves, but got over that pretty quick.
Nothing left to say - gotta build a shed..
Let's see, shouldn't need council approval if under 20 squares, greater than 900 off the boundary, not masonry and not reflective and less than 3 meters in height.
