Am I reading this right?

on my Sander user manual, it has this for the dust extracts:

blower.jpg

so basically I need an extractor that can extract 4040m3/h (2313Pa) + 2280 m3/hr (725Pa) = 6320m3/hr at 3000Pa??

am I interpreting this correctly?
