3 phase options?

Im in the market for a coldsaw. almost all of them are 3phase, the occasional single phase unit does come up but not many options. Ive also been told 3 phase would be better as most have 2 speeds and i intend on cutting stainless where the lower speed would be ideal. there no 3 phase here and ill only be staying here for a couple more years so the cost of hooking up 3 phase isnt worth it in my option. I am on a bit of a budget as well. thanks
