Hills Hoist elbow joint broken. Please let me know if I can buy replacement spare

Hi I am unable to locate this rotary model as none of the pictures of models on the internet seem to have the folding arms that open up using this elbow joint at the bottom. The handle on my shows Hills so it must be a Hills Hoist model. I have uploaded a picture with the background cleared to reduce file size. The black circular elbow joints have a locking mechanism and one of them is broken so that arm can not be opened out as the clothesline string pulls that arm in. Any idea what model it is or if that part can be replaced ?
