Hafco SB10H table saw - dust extraction

Has anyone improved upon the standard under table 100mm dust extraction system?

I was thinking of having a stainless/galvanised steel collector built to fit under the saw shroud and let the sawdust flow down to the 100mm discharge point.

Any thoughts please!:?
