Greetings all,
I have a nice lump of red box, Eucalyptus Polyanthemos, from the Daylesford/Hepburn area in Victoria. I was intending to make an elliptical shaped cutting board, as a present. I have noted in the past, BobL and others, pointing out some timbers that are risky to use for food contact. Mr Google yields no information.
Does anyone know of any objections to using red box for a cutting board?
Any help would be appreciated.
Cheers, Redbog :?
