I went to an auction today and some cheap prices on boxes of #4ae795698a498b61c7f9bb041fd0415b.jpg drills & reamers etc went to the dealer a but I don't imagine there is a huge demand for that size. Then pretty much all else went at stupid prices that make ebay look cheap.
I was interested in 2x 3" waldown vices. The we're the Swiss cheese model.
The photos is of the better of the two sold for $80 +15%+gst each.
I picked up a box of random items just to make the trip worth it.
Big blue tap wrench & tap?
5 boxes of screws
Brown & sharp stand with something dial indicator, missing the little screw in tip.
Adjustable angle block for magnetic vice.
Small vice with soft jaws.
A box of springs.
I bought it for the dialindicator on angle block. Both of these should clean up nicely. Is it possible to get a new tip??
Vice may come in handy, screw can always be used.
Springs anyone have any ideas what they could be useful for?
Tap is probably a bit on the large side, again can't think what I would use it for????
