Do I need to employ a draftsman or architect

hi



ive recently purchased fibro beach shack . I want to remove fibro and reclad exterior around original windows. Gut interior and re gyproc and plaster. Also redo bathroom.



To do all this should I consult an architect, draftsman or go straight to a builder.
