I've been using a mitutoyo test indicator I brought on ebay.
However the contact point is pointed in a practicable direction.
When used on the fixed jaw of my milling vice the dial is pointed downwards.
I'm hoping one of the metalworking forum members can advise me of a method of adjusting the points direction.
