Bill and his son David were kindly invited for a “peek” into the shed where Todds manufacture their own speakers, Bill asked if I’d like to attend to – well of course!
Suzann Todd opened up for us and explained Todds are closing the shed and the manufacture of their own speakers, so everything must go. Suzann’s idea was simply to advertise this as a public sales, which I suggested might miss the target.
I offered to coordinate this with (1) QAC members, (2) Woodworkers Australia Woodwork Forums and (3) StereoNet Australia as more of a targeted/interest group of people.

There is no inventory … but what I saw was …
Prices: I discussed this briefly with Suzann and she agrees everything will be a “very good” price to shift as much as possible on the day.
Rather than us wandering chaotically around the main shed, Suzann will organise as much small gear etc out onto tables for easy access. If you want a look at the big/fixed industrial tools please ask on the day.

- Lots of power tools – all s/h and used but some good heavy duty stuff
- Some small hand tools!
- Lots of fixing, boxes and boxes of screws/brackets/speaker posts etc
- BIG industrial table saw, radial/swing arm saw, huge overhead router etc
- NOTE: you’ll need a very big shed for this stuff or have use for it in a business
- Big compressor, a couple of large dust extractor/collectors
- Spray room air guns, air hoses etc
- Some air tools etc
- Full sheets of particle board, MDF and some laminated boards – various thickness
- Heaps of various sized smaller mdf and other panels
- And no doubt lots of other stuff in boxes we never got to look into
- Heaps of odd drivers gathering dust – so do not know if they work??
