Just when I thought I had overcome all issues in this renovation project that just keeps on giving, I discovered some old termite damage to the 80's extension part of the house:
I'm pretty distraught to say the least.
Some of the timber needs to be replaced, but I don't know the extent.
The gyprock has been attacked also.
What do I do?
