New Hercus 40" beds

Hi Guys, I have a question for you. I have spoken, in principal only, about a production run of new 40" lathe beds with F.W.Hercus, would anyone be interested. Remember please that new beds in 2000 at retail level cost about $800, while the price would only be slightly above manufacturing cost and not retail, it will still be a big number and almost certainly more than regrinding an existing one.
