Hi Everyone,
I am after some information on where to get pine from to make painted windows/doors/trim/cabinetry etc.
In past I have used finger jointed painted primed timber for this task, but this is expensive especially considering it normally gets cut off anyway.
I have an 8" powermatic jointer and a 15" thicknesser on the way.
Attached are a couple windows from yesterday :)
My questions are:
- Where do I get rough cut pine suitable for the above application?
- Where do I get a pack or 2 for a reasonable price in Sydney?
