Recently, I was gifted a venerable Ryobi HBS100 Handy Workshop bandsaw :roll: (100mm / 4"), less the fence which was lost over time. Although I located an Australian spare parts vendor, only the individual parts (screw, washer, etc;) can be purchased for assembly into the complete unit; an uneconomical proposition for a senior citizen.
To compensate for blade drift, I currently manufacture one MDF fence for each width I require; both time-consuming and wasteful. A proper fence would require adjustment only once until a new blade is fitted, then checked and re-adjusted, if required.
Does any contributor possess a suitable fence and be prepared to sell it? The worktable is 292mm square. Thank you.
