New Paving - Installation Method

Hi,

I'm just about to have new paver's laid in the back yard.
I just wondered what the best installation method might be as I have heard a variety of ideas...

The paver's that are to be used are: Himalayan sandstone - Natural Finish

Some questions I have are:

1. My initial thoughts are to lay the paver's on a bed of sand and cement (dry mix) with a wet mix brushed in between the paver's?
2. I have also heard that laying the paver's on a wet cement mix to set them, and use grout between the paver's?
3. Can you lay paver's onto existing paver's too?
4. Regards sealing the paver's, can this be done once they are all layed? or should they be 'dipped' in sealant before hand?
5. Note - No vehicles will use the new surface, just for entertaining

Any advice is appreciated as we are running out of time to lock in dates and an agreed method.
