Need a large plastic wedge, maybe custom made? where to get?

anyone know where I can get custom made plastic wedges made at?? or something similar already made?

need to put a wedge for a step in a bathroom, 2 dozen of them. there's a 25mm step as you enter and people trip on it.

the wedge needs to be 800mm wide x 170mm deep x 25mm high down to nothing.

any suggestions??
