I have been asked about what tools i use.
I use an old school case, into which i have fitted stackable trays, made to fit my chisels and knives, with a bit of room for my eyes and small carvings and bits and pieces2015-08-03 18.50.01.jpg2015-08-03 18.49.06.jpg2015-08-03 18.48.45.jpg
This is my workstation in the shed. I designed this so i could fit all my other carving stuff. In the left hand top i have my Pyrography , in the right hand top. is my air engraver, and the compressor sit under the bench in a box. Under the Pyrography on the left is an electric engraver, with a dremel hung on the right door. In the middle are 3 drawers for my Pfeil Medium size chisels and knives. The bench has a grill to let the dust get away, via a filter and 2 suction fans mounted underneath.ALL the engravers get very little use, as i prefer hand carving. 2013-12-01 18.21.53.jpg2013-12-01 18.20.36.jpg2013-12-01 18.20.03.jpg2013-12-01 18.19.28.jpg2013-12-01 18.17.38.jpg
