Just joined, and this is my first post.
I'm after some information regarding the front slide/guard attachment on my PAULCALL RS - 4G.
I've been using this thing for over 30 years (was given to me 2nd hand), have never used this feature, and don't know its purpose. Looking for pictures (or a manual) which explains the function or purpose of this feature.
Within this front slide/guard attachment there is also facility to accommodate a 1/2" rod and a grub screw to hold the rod in position.
It may be obvious, but I'm not a chippy.
Any info appreciated.
