I recently purchased a 24" bandsaw with a replacement 2.5 HP single phase motor (the original was 3 phase and has long since gone to motor heaven).
It came with a 1" blade but the wheels are maybe a couple of inches or more wide. My question is how do I determine the minimum and maximum blade sizes since I do not know anything about the saw except for a P - A in the casting.
