1910s Queenslander pivot / saloon door noise .. help needed

Hi, We have a 1910's queenslander and we have doors similar to a saloon door or pivot door. I'm not sure the exact terminology. Some of them make a loud clicking noise when they close. We have tried WD40 on the bottom, tightening the screws, loosing the screws etc. Does anyone know how to fix these doors from making noise? I haven't even seen anyone else with door similar to these before. We haven't tried taking them off completely as yet .. last resort.
