Fixture Locking Kit

Hello everyone



Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with the above named tool available from Peachtree Woodworking. It isnt my tool so no photo but it is sold (without instructions) as a universal hold down clamp for T slots in band saws, combo machines etc. oh yeah it doesn't appear to work at all.
