Is this a good price?

I will be:

Removing a small supporting wall between two cupboards, turning it into 1 space which will become a pantry.

Extending a doorway by approx 2m to make a large opening in a supporting wall.

Both of these walls are supporting the same bit of the roof.



This is a brick veneer house, single storey.



Seems a bit pricey to me. What do you think?
